Receiving Your Quirk

When you spawn into the world for the first time, you'll automatically receive a random quirk from the mod's pool—unless your server has disabled QuirkOnStart. This quirk becomes your primary superpower for combat and survival.

Understanding the Leveling System

Your quirk grows stronger as you gain experience. Kill mobs to earn XP; the amount scales with the XpMultiplier setting. Each time you accumulate enough experience points (determined by XpRequirement), your quirk level increases, boosting your ability's power and effectiveness.

Managing Your Level

If MhaLevelReset is enabled, dying will reset your progress back to level 1. Plan accordingly—some servers disable this to let you keep your gains. Check your current level in your inventory or status screen.

You can also change your quirk at any time by speaking with NPCs or using commands (if you have permission). If you die and QuirkOnDeath is enabled, you'll receive a completely different random quirk, forcing you to adapt your playstyle.

Focus on mob farming in dangerous areas to level quickly, and experiment with different quirks to find your preferred combat style.
