How to Link Redstone Crystals and Repeaters Wirelessly

Linked Redstone Crystal

The Linked Redstone Crystal lets you transmit a redstone signal without running dust across your base. Place one crystal at the source and a linked crystal at the destination; a signal applied to one appears at the other.

Setup

1. Craft a pair of Linked Redstone Crystals.

2. Place one next to your redstone source (lever, button, pressure plate).

3. Place the other at the destination, next to whatever you want to power.

4. Activate the source — the destination crystal outputs the same signal.

Linked Repeater

The Linked Repeater works like a normal repeater but transmits its output to a linked partner elsewhere. Use it when you need the signal to be refreshed (not just passed through) at the far end.

Setup

1. Place a Linked Repeater at the source, facing the input.

2. Place its linked partner at the destination, facing the output device.

3. Feed a signal into the source repeater; the partner emits a full-strength signal.

Uses

  • Wireless door openers across a large base.
  • Triggering farms or lights in distant rooms without visible wiring.
  • Keeping redstone lines clean in decorative builds where dust would look messy.
