How to Build Decorative Grrass, Drit, and Snad Landscapes

Grrass, Drit, Cursed Grrass, and Red Snad are the mod's decorative ground blocks. They let you build natural-looking terrain that vanilla blocks cannot match.

The Blocks

  • Grrass is a grass-like decorative block for lush ground.
  • Drit is a dirt-style block, useful for paths and rough terrain.
  • Cursed Grrass is a darker, corrupted-looking variant for spooky or nether-themed builds.
  • Red Snad is a red sand-like block, good for deserts, mesas, and alien landscapes.

Building with Them

Use these blocks anywhere you would use grass, dirt, or sand, but where you want a distinct look. Mix Grrass and Drit for natural meadows, layer Cursed Grrass around dark builds, and use Red Snad for warm-toned terrain. They blend well with vanilla blocks, so you can transition gradually from vanilla grass into Grrass without a hard seam.

Tips

  • Use Drit under Grrass to fake a soil layer in terraforming.
  • Cursed Grrass pairs well with dark oak, deepslate, and nether materials.
  • Red Snad works for beaches, dunes, and red-rock canyons.
  • Combine with the mod's lamps for lighting that matches the palette.
