Understand What Changes and What Doesn't

Visual Updates Only—No Gameplay Changes

The Updated Engineering Resource Pack is purely cosmetic. It updates textures for Immersive Engineering's items, blocks, metals, and tools to match modern Minecraft's visual style, but does not alter any recipes, mechanics, or functionality.

What Gets Updated:

• Block textures (machines, storage, structural elements)
• Item textures (tools, ingots, components)
• Metal and material appearances
• Industrial aesthetic elements

What Stays the Same:

• All crafting recipes remain identical
• Machine behavior and energy systems are unchanged
• Block properties (hardness, blast resistance, etc.) are unaffected
• Mod compatibility with other mods is preserved

Safe for Existing Worlds

You can apply this pack to worlds where you've already built with Immersive Engineering. Your machines will continue functioning exactly as before—they'll simply look more polished and cohesive with newer Minecraft textures. Removing the pack later will revert visuals to default without damaging any structures or progress.
