How to Configure TslatEntityStatus for PvP and Multiplayer Clarity
Why PvP Needs Different Settings
In singleplayer you can afford a busy overlay, but in PvP a cluttered HUD hides threats. TslatEntityStatus lets you strip the display down and lean on team-colored damage particles for fast reads.
Recommended Setup Steps
1. Switch to screen-based rendering if you want a stable, predictable readout rather than overlays that follow every player.
2. Keep health visible, since knowing an opponent's remaining HP decides whether to push or retreat.
3. Enable armor and toughness so you can estimate how much of your damage is being absorbed.
4. Show status effects to spot strength, resistance, or regeneration on enemies.
5. Turn on team-colored damage particles so you can separate your hits from allies' and enemies'.
6. Reduce opacity and size so the HUD does not obscure your crosshair or the arena.
Invisible Opponents
Remember that invisibility suppresses all info for that entity. If a player drinks an invisibility potion, their bar and numbers vanish. Treat the sudden disappearance of a health bar as a warning rather than a bug.
Testing
Spar with a friend or a training dummy mob, confirm colors and positions read clearly, then adjust particle style until combat feels legible.
