How to Use the Radial Menu for Quick Tool Swapping

Opening the Radial Menu

The radial menu lets you select tools without opening your full inventory, making combat and building much faster.

Basic Usage

1. Hold down the R key (default binding) to open the radial menu.

2. Move your mouse toward the tool slot you want to select. Each slot in your belt appears as a segment around the center.

3. Release R when your cursor highlights the tool you want.

4. Your selected tool is now in your hand and ready to use.

Customization

If R doesn't work for you, check your keybinds in the mod config file. You can reassign the radial menu key to any key you prefer. You can also adjust the overlay position on your screen and change its opacity if it's too bright or distracting.

Pro Tips

Practice a few times to get the muscle memory down—it becomes second nature quickly. The radial menu works whether your belt is equipped as a trinket or sitting in your inventory, so you're never without quick access to your tools.
