Build a Pet Shop and Hire an Animal Trainer

Construct a Pet Shop building and assign a citizen to the Animal Trainer job. This worker will prepare animals for specialized tasks around your colony.

Capture and Train Animals

Bring wolves, foxes, axolotls, parrots, cats, or pandas near the Pet Shop. The Animal Trainer will work with these creatures, gradually training them for specific roles. Different animals excel at different tasks—some gather food, others help herd livestock or perform other utility functions.

Deploy Trained Pets

Once training is complete, trained pets will autonomously perform their assigned duties throughout your colony. They operate independently, reducing the workload on your citizens and improving overall efficiency.

Keep Pets Happy

Ensure your Pet Shop has adequate space and resources. Well-maintained pets work more effectively and contribute more to your colony's productivity. Check on them periodically to confirm they're active and performing their roles.
