Each of the 4 tool trim smithing templates spawns in different structures across your world. You'll need to explore and search through loot chests in these locations. The specific structures vary depending on your Minecraft version—check your world generation to identify likely candidates.

Search Systematically

Explore generated structures like villages, fortresses, temples, and other landmark buildings. Open chests and search for the templates you're missing.

Duplicate Templates

Once you find a template, you don't need to search for duplicates. Use your Toolsmithing Table to duplicate any template you already own—this saves time and lets you trim multiple tools with the same design without endless searching.
