Craft Your First Toolsmithing Table

Gather Materials

You'll need 2 copper ingots and 4 wood planks. Copper can be mined from copper ore underground, then smelted in a furnace. Wood planks come from any wood logs.

Use the Crafting Recipe

Open your crafting table and arrange the materials according to the Toolsmithing Table recipe. The result will appear as a Knowledge Book in your inventory—this is normal. Click the Knowledge Book to unlock the actual Toolsmithing Table recipe, which you can then craft normally.

Place Your Table

Once crafted, place the Toolsmithing Table in your base or workshop. It functions similarly to the vanilla Smithing Table, so position it near your other crafting stations for convenience.

The Toolsmithing Table is your gateway to trimming weapons and tools, so you'll want easy access to it as you experiment with different trim combinations.
