Understand How Graves Adapt to Their Environment

Automatic Block Matching

When you die, your grave appears as a player head placed on a block. The mod automatically selects a block type that matches your surroundings, making the grave blend in naturally with the landscape. If you die in a forest, the grave might use wood or leaves; in a stone area, it uses stone.

Why This Matters

This adaptive appearance makes graves less visually jarring and helps them integrate into your world's aesthetic. It also makes graves harder to spot accidentally, reducing the chance of other players stumbling upon them in multiplayer.

Finding Your Grave

Even though graves blend in, you can always locate yours using the death coordinates provided when you die. Look for the player head—it will be the only head-shaped block in that exact location, making it identifiable once you know where to search.
