How to Build Logic Gates with Tiny Redstone

Tiny Redstone is popular for compact logic because the small grid lets you pack gates tightly. You build the same gates you would with full-size redstone, just in miniature.

Basic gates

An AND gate needs two inputs to both be on before the output fires. Wire both inputs into a single Tiny Redstone Dust line only if you want OR behavior; for AND, feed each input through a Tiny Redstone Torch or repeater arrangement so the output only triggers when both are powered. An OR gate is simply two input lines merging into one dust line, since redstone dust is powered if any connected source is on. A NOT gate is a Tiny Redstone Torch attached to the input line, which inverts the signal.

Chaining and isolating

Keep gate outputs on separate dust lines until you intentionally merge them, or you will accidentally create OR behavior everywhere. Use Tiny Solid Blocks to separate regions of a face and Tiny Redstone Bridges to cross wires without connecting them.

Testing

Attach a Tiny Redstone Lamp to each gate output and toggle your inputs with Tiny Levers or Tiny Stone Buttons. Verify each gate in isolation before chaining them, because a single misoriented repeater inside a chain is very hard to spot later.
