Understanding T Flip Flop

The T Flip Flop toggles its output state every time it receives a pulse to its back input. Send one pulse and it turns on; send another and it turns off. Perfect for creating switches that alternate between two states.

Setup Steps

1. Place a T Flip Flop on your panel.

2. Connect a pulse source (like a button or Clock) to the back input of the gate.

3. Connect the front output to the device you want to toggle.

4. Each pulse to the back input will flip the output state on or off.

Practical Example

Connect a Clock to the back input and adjust its interval. The T Flip Flop will automatically toggle on and off at regular intervals, creating a blinking light or pulsing effect. You can also use a button for manual toggling—each button press switches the state. This is more efficient than using separate on/off buttons for the same device.
