Make decorative porcelain casting equipment

Requirements

You must have the Ceramics mod installed alongside Tinkers' Complement. Ceramics provides clay and porcelain crafting mechanics that this feature depends on.

Crafting porcelain blocks

Use Ceramics' crafting system to create porcelain versions of casting equipment. Tinkers' Complement adds porcelain variants of:

• Casting table
• Casting basin
• Seared tanks
• Melter
• Heater

These function identically to their seared counterparts but offer a different aesthetic.

Important compatibility notes

If you build a porcelain melter, you must power it with a porcelain heater or porcelain tank—the fuel source must match the melter's material type. A seared heater will not work with a porcelain melter.

Ceramics already provides its own faucet, so Tinkers' Complement does not add a porcelain version. Use Ceramics' faucet for your porcelain casting setup.

This feature is useful for gating seared blocks behind porcelain availability or simply creating a cohesive decorative casting area.
