Requirements
You must have the Chisel mod installed. Tinkers' Complement adds a modular chisel using Tinkers' Construct tool parts.
Building the chisel
Use Tinkers' Construct's tool forge to create a chisel from appropriate tool parts. Consult JEI for the exact head, handle, and guard components needed.
Expanding chisel functionality
The Tinkers' chisel works with Tinkers' modifiers:
Expanders: Apply expander modifiers to unlock additional in-world chiseling options. Expanders increase the number of block variants and decorative patterns you can create from a single block type.
Other modifiers: Add durability, efficiency, or other standard Tinkers' modifiers to customize your chisel further.
Chiseling blocks
Right-click on blocks with your chisel to open the chiseling interface. The available variants depend on the block type and how many expanders you've applied. More expanders mean more decorative options, letting you create intricate architectural details and custom block designs.
