Manage Multiple Backpacks

Organize by Purpose

Create different backpacks for different tasks. Keep one backpack for mining (tools, torches, ores), another for building materials, and a third for miscellaneous items. This prevents your main backpack from becoming disorganized and makes finding items faster.

Store Backpacks Safely

Backpacks are items, so they can be lost if you die. Store extra backpacks in a chest at your base for safekeeping. Only carry the backpacks you actively need. If you have a high-tier backpack, consider keeping it in secure storage and using a lower-tier one for risky activities.

Stack Backpacks Strategically

You can carry multiple backpacks in your inventory simultaneously. Each one opens independently when right-clicked. Use this to your advantage—carry a small backpack for quick access and a larger one for bulk storage.

Label or Remember Contents

Since backpacks don't show their contents from the inventory screen, mentally track what you store in each one. Alternatively, use item frames or signs near your storage area to label which backpack serves which purpose.
