Getting Started with Speedrunner Mod

Initial Setup

When you first launch the mod, you'll be prompted to select a game mode: Easy (all features enabled), Balanced (some overpowered items restricted), or Doom (extreme difficulty with custom bosses). You can enable Tutorial Mode to receive step-by-step guidance based on your chosen mode.

Before joining multiplayer worlds, ensure your server and client modes match. You can adjust mod settings anytime through configuration options to customize structure frequency, mob difficulty, enchantment rules, and more.

Core Mechanics

The mod provides speedrunning tools like faster equipment, teleportation items (Eyes and Ender Thrusters), and a Speedrunner's Workbench for enchantment transfer. Place the workbench, insert an enchanted item and target item, then spend experience levels to transfer enchantments. World generation is enhanced with more common structures and better loot, reducing grinding time significantly.
