VHS tapes are hidden inside the mod's procedurally spawned abandoned locations. Travel across your world and look for:

• Brick houses shrouded in fog
• Research facilities and laboratories
• Police stations
• Derelict office buildings

These structures appear randomly in the terrain. Explore systematically by traveling in one direction and marking structures as you find them.

Searching Inside Buildings

Once inside an abandoned structure:

1. Search every room carefully—tapes are placed on shelves, desks, and floors

2. Listen for audio cues; the mod uses sound to guide you toward important items

3. Collect not just tapes, but also polaroid photos and hidden documents—these provide context for the story

4. Return to a safe base to review your findings

Listening to Tapes

Place collected VHS tapes in your inventory and use them to trigger story sequences. Ensure your Voice sound slider is set to 100% in audio settings to hear all dialogue and narrative details. Each tape advances the mystery and reveals more about the Visitor threat.
