What Andisol Is

Andisol is Terrestria's volcanic soil block. It generates in the mod's volcanic and mountainous biomes. You can also craft it by combining dirt with volcanic materials, though the exact recipe depends on your version. Andisol comes in several variants: Andisol Grass Block, Andisol Dirt Path, Andisol Farmland, and Andisol Podzol.

Crafting the Variants

• Andisol Grass Block: use a hoe on Andisol near grass, or place Andisol and let grass spread.
• Andisol Dirt Path: right-click Andisol with a shovel to flatten it into a path.
• Andisol Farmland: use a hoe on Andisol or Andisol Grass Block near water to create farmland.
• Andisol Podzol: combine Andisol with leaves or use it in areas where podzol naturally spreads.

Farming and Building

Andisol Farmland works like normal farmland for crops such as wheat, carrots, and potatoes. Andisol Grass Block and Podzol are great for landscaping because they blend with Terrestria's volcanic palette. Use Andisol Dirt Path for trails through Bryce Canyon builds. Andisol also pairs well with Volcanic Rock Bricks for a cohesive volcanic theme. If you are building a volcano base, line your paths with Andisol Dirt Path and plant Agave along the edges.
