How to Achieve True Demon Lord or True Hero Status

Status Paths Explained

True Demon Lord and True Hero are two parallel progression routes in Tensura: Mysticism Mod. Both unlock access to Ultimate Skills and represent major milestones. Your choice affects available skills and story progression, so understand the differences before committing.

Requirements for True Demon Lord

1. Accumulate Demon Lord points through combat, defeating bosses, and performing morally ambiguous actions (varies by mod version).

2. Master specific Unique Skills associated with the Demon Lord path.

3. Reach a power threshold — your total stats or Magic Points must meet a minimum level.

4. Complete a ritual or quest — this typically involves visiting a specific location or crafting a special item.

Requirements for True Hero

1. Accumulate Hero points through helping NPCs, completing quests, and virtuous actions.

2. Master Hero-aligned Unique Skills.

3. Meet the same power threshold as the Demon Lord path.

4. Complete the Hero ritual — usually distinct from the Demon Lord equivalent.

After Achieving Status

Once you reach either status, you unlock access to Ultimate Skills tied to that path. You can then spend Magic Points to acquire them, permanently boosting your power.
