Set Up Reinforced Glass Windows for Safe Observation
Why Reinforced Glass Matters
Reinforced Glass stops bullets and shrapnel from penetrating while allowing you to see outside and light to pass through. This makes it ideal for observation posts, sniper nests, and defensive positions where visibility is critical.
Placement Strategy
1. Build your outer wall using thick Reinforced Brick or Cobblestone for structural integrity.
2. Leave strategic openings at eye level and upper sections where defenders need clear sightlines.
3. Install Reinforced Glass panes or blocks in these openings.
4. Position glass at angles to your walls when possible—this makes it harder for attackers to target defenders directly through the opening.
5. Back glass windows with internal walls or barriers so defenders have cover while aiming.
Defensive Positioning
Place observation posts behind glass at elevated positions. Combine glass with narrow firing slits in your outer wall to maximize protection while maintaining visibility. Test your glass placement during weapon tests to confirm bullets don't penetrate and that sightlines work as intended for your defensive team.
