Gather Snow Blocks

Collect Snow Blocks from snowy biomes or create them by stacking Snow Layers. You'll need multiple blocks for these recipes.

Craft Regular Ice

Place 4 Snow Blocks in a 2×2 pattern in your crafting table to create a single Ice Block. This is useful for building or creating ice paths without needing to find ice in frozen biomes.

Craft Powdered Snow Bucket

Arrange Snow Blocks around an Empty Bucket in your crafting table (surround the bucket with snow). This creates a Powdered Snow Bucket, which you can place and walk through without sinking—perfect for mobility or decoration.

Practical Uses

• Use Ice for building frozen structures or creating slippery surfaces for transport.
• Use Powdered Snow Buckets for safe vertical movement or aesthetic builds.
• These recipes are especially valuable in superflat worlds where you may not have easy access to natural ice or powdered snow.

Tips

Snow Layers can be collected from plains biomes that now snow at higher elevations due to lowered temperature settings in this mod.
