How to Use Structory Towers with Waystones for Fast Travel

Why the Two Mods Pair Well

Structory Towers is designed to work with the Waystones mod. Waystones lets you teleport between activated waystones, and towers give you a steady supply of interesting, spread-out locations to link together. The result is a fast-travel network that grows naturally as you explore.

Setting Up Your Network

When you find a tower, look for a waystone nearby or place one of your own if the mod allows it in that spot. Activate it so it becomes part of your network. Do this for every tower you loot, even ones you think you will not revisit, because you never know when a distant tower will become a convenient jumping-off point for new exploration.

Plan your network around biomes and dimensions. Overworld towers connect your surface travel, while Nether and End towers extend the network into those dimensions. Ocean monument pillars are especially valuable as waypoints for ocean exploration.

Keep a mental or written map of which waystone corresponds to which tower type, so you can pick the right destination quickly. Over time, your tower network becomes the backbone of all your long-distance travel.
