How to Switch Between Soartex Fanver and Default Textures Quickly
Sometimes you want the smooth Soartex look for building, then default textures for redstone or for comparing. Switching is fast once the pack is installed.
Toggling In-Game
Open Options, then Resource Packs. Move Soartex Fanver between the Available and Selected columns to turn it off or on, then press Done. The game reloads textures immediately, so you can flip back and forth without restarting.
Keeping Both Handy
Leave the pack in the folder permanently so it always appears in the list. If you use several packs, keep Soartex in a known position in the stack so re-enabling it restores your usual order rather than reshuffling everything.
When to Use Each
Default textures can be clearer for reading redstone component states and small details, while Soartex suits large builds and screenshots. If you record or stream, decide on one look per session so viewers are not confused by mid-video changes.
Avoiding Reload Hitches
Each toggle reloads textures and can cause a brief stutter, especially in big worlds. Switch while standing still in a safe spot rather than mid-fight or while falling.
