Encountering Flying Structures

Soaring Skybound populates your Overworld skies with hot air balloons and airplanes. These structures spawn naturally and activate into physics contraptions when you approach them. You can also manually trigger flyover events using commands.

When flying structures collide with obstacles or take arrow hits, they may explode and drop loot barrels. Meet the Soaring Trader pilot to trade emeralds for maps to rare structures, or prepare for combat against Pillager Aviators patrolling from aircraft.

Use /discovery flyover toggle to enable or disable automatic events, and adjust spawn frequency and behavior in your mod configuration. Debris automatically cleans up when structures despawn, keeping your world tidy.
