Preparing Your Cacti Farm

Snad accelerates cacti growth just like sugarcane. Set up a compact, automated farm.

Steps:

1. Craft multiple Snad blocks from sand.

2. Arrange Snad blocks in a grid pattern, leaving space between each one (cacti need separation to avoid damage).

3. Plant cacti on top of each Snad block.

4. Surround the farm with walls or fences to contain cacti and prevent them from spreading into unwanted areas.

Adding Redstone Power

Connect redstone to your Snad blocks to trigger growth:

• Run redstone dust or wire along the sides of your farm
• Use repeaters to maintain signal strength over distance
• Consider a repeater clock for automatic, continuous pulses
• Ensure every Snad block receives the redstone signal

With consistent redstone pulses, your cacti will mature much faster than on regular sand, allowing you to harvest more frequently and gather dye and other cacti drops at an accelerated rate.
