How to Ride an Endslab

Finding and Mounting Endslabs

Endslabs are passive flying mobs that spawn naturally throughout the End dimension and migrate southward. To ride one, you need to approach it carefully and interact with it.

Steps:

1. Locate an Endslab flying through the End. They appear as peaceful creatures and won't attack you.

2. Move close to the mob and right-click on it to mount.

3. Once mounted, you can stand directly on its back or sit in a riding position.

4. The Endslab will continue flying naturally—you'll move with it as it travels.

5. Dismount by sneaking (pressing shift) or by taking fall damage.

Using Endslabs for Travel

Riding Endslabs is useful for crossing large gaps between islands without taking damage. Since they fly and migrate in patterns, you can use them as natural transport across the void. However, they follow their own path, so plan accordingly if you need to reach a specific location. For more controlled teleportation, consider crafting Travel Spheres instead.
