Crafting Your Satchel

Your satchel is the foundation of this mod. Craft it using leather and other materials available in early-game survival. Once crafted, place it in your inventory—it will automatically become your active backpack.

Equipping and Accessing Storage

Your satchel grants you nine base inventory slots immediately. Open your inventory to see the dedicated satchel storage section separate from your regular inventory. Items stored here stay with you and won't take up space in your main inventory grid.

You can also bind a key to quickly open your satchel without opening the full inventory screen. Check your controls settings to assign this hotkey.

Customizing Appearance

Right-click your satchel in your inventory to access customization options. You can dye the leather to any color using dyes, and apply armor trim patterns if you have the materials. These changes are purely cosmetic and won't affect storage or performance. Other players will see your customized satchel when you're wearing it, so make it match your style!
