Engineer modifiers are special upgrades that give your Tinkers' gear Create-themed powers. Apply them at the tool station or armor station using modifier slots.

Common Engineer Modifiers

Wrench Modifier: Converts your tool into a wrench for configuring Create kinetic machines without needing a separate item.

Extendo Modifier: Applied to chestplates, adds three extra blocks of reach distance for mining and interacting with blocks.

AutoCrush Modifier: Automatically crushes mined ore drops without requiring a crushing wheel, sending crushed ore directly to your inventory.

Diving Weights Modifier: Applied to boots, lets you sink faster underwater while maintaining normal walking speed when submerged.

Goggles Modifier: Applied to helmets, displays machine information overlays similar to Create's goggles.

Application Tips

Each modifier consumes a modifier slot. Plan your gear loadout based on which modifiers suit your playstyle—automation-focused players benefit from AutoCrush, while explorers prefer Extendo reach.
