Furniture blocks are crafted using vanilla materials, primarily wood and wood variants. Each furniture piece requires specific ingredients based on its type and wood variant.

Basic Crafting Steps

1. Gather materials: Collect wood planks, sticks, and other vanilla resources. Most furniture uses these as primary components.

2. Open your crafting table: Furniture recipes are shapeless or follow standard crafting patterns.

3. Locate the recipe: Check your recipe book or wiki for the specific furniture piece you want. Recipes vary by wood type—oak, birch, spruce, jungle, acacia, dark oak, and mangrove variants each have their own furniture sets.

4. Craft the item: Arrange materials according to the recipe and craft.

5. Place the block: Select the furniture from your inventory and place it like any other block.

Placement Tips

• Furniture blocks occupy single or multiple spaces depending on the piece (chairs take one block, sofas may take two or more).
• Most furniture is decorative and non-solid, allowing you to walk through or place blocks nearby.
• Rotate furniture using the standard rotation mechanic (sneak + right-click or similar, depending on your controls) to face different directions.
