Set Up a Siren Network Across Multiple Locations

Connecting Multiple Sirens with Redstone

To trigger sirens across your base or town simultaneously, run redstone dust or repeaters from a central power source to each siren block. All connected sirens will activate at the same time when you flip a single lever or activate a redstone pulse.

Best Practices for Large Networks

  • Place sirens on mounting poles at high points so sound travels unobstructed
  • Use redstone repeaters to boost signal strength over long distances (sirens don't require a strong signal, just any redstone power)
  • Test each siren individually first by right-clicking and selecting your desired warning signal
  • Consider spacing sirens at least 512 blocks apart to avoid audio overlap, though the 1024-block range means one siren can cover most bases
  • For redundancy, wire critical sirens to separate power sources so one failure doesn't silence your entire alarm system

Powering Your Network

Connect your redstone line to a lever, button, or redstone clock. When powered, each siren runs for exactly three minutes.
