Getting Started with Portable Machines

Pocket machines let you carry essential workstations without needing a base. To craft one, you'll need basic materials—typically wood, stone, or metal depending on which machine you want.

Crafting Steps

1. Open your crafting table and locate the recipe for your desired pocket machine (pocket crafting table, pocket furnace, etc.)

2. Gather the required materials. Most pocket machines use common survival-friendly resources you can obtain early game

3. Arrange materials in the crafting grid according to the recipe pattern

4. Craft the item and add it to your inventory

5. To use it, hold the pocket machine in your hand and right-click to open its interface

Tips

• Start with a pocket crafting table—it's usually the easiest to craft and most useful for early progression
• Keep your pocket machine in an easily accessible inventory slot
• You can carry multiple different pocket machines at once, making them ideal for mining trips or exploration
• Unlike vanilla machines, pocket versions take up inventory space but give you flexibility to work anywhere
