Enabling Precision Mode

When you need to break individual blocks without affecting surrounding blocks, use Precision Mode.

Steps:

1. Hold SHIFT (Sneak) while holding your hammer

2. Left-click on a block

3. Only that single block will break (1×1 mode)

4. Release SHIFT to return to 3×3 mode

When to Use Precision Mode

Switch to Precision Mode for:

• Placing or removing blocks in tight spaces
• Detailed construction and building work
• Mining specific ores without destroying nearby blocks
• Avoiding accidental destruction of structures
• Working near valuable blocks or decorations

Precision Mode is essential when working on detailed projects where the 3×3 area would cause unwanted damage. It's also useful when mining near water, lava, or other hazards where you need exact control.
