Simple Hammers Mod includes hammers made from different materials, each with varying durability and mining speed. Higher-tier hammers mine faster and last longer.

Selecting Your Hammer:

1. Consider the material availability in your world

2. Match the hammer tier to the blocks you're mining (stone hammers for stone, iron for harder materials)

3. Upgrade to better hammers as you progress

4. Keep multiple hammers for different tasks to manage durability

Durability Management

Since 3×3 mining uses durability quickly, plan ahead:

• Bring multiple hammers on long mining trips
• Use lower-tier hammers for soft blocks (dirt, sand)
• Reserve high-tier hammers for ore and hard stone
• Repair hammers at an anvil when durability runs low

This approach maximizes your resource gathering efficiency and prevents tool breakage mid-project.
