How to Turn Off or Limit What Simple Discord Rich Presence Shows

Disabling the mod entirely

If you want no presence at all, the simplest route is to remove or disable the mod in your mod loader's mod list. That stops it from connecting to Discord. If you would rather keep it installed but silent, open the config file in your instance's config folder and look for the master enable toggle. Setting it off stops the mod from updating your status while leaving the files in place.

Hiding specific states

The config separates the states the mod reports: the main menu, the loading screen, joining a world, and the current dimension. Each of these can be toggled independently. If you dislike broadcasting which dimension you are in, turn off the dimension reporting and keep the rest. If you only want a status while actually playing, disable the menu and loading entries so your Discord goes quiet between sessions.

After editing

Save the file and restart Minecraft — the mod reads config at startup, so a running game keeps the old behaviour. Confirm the change by watching your Discord profile as you move from the main menu into a world. If a toggle seems to do nothing, check you edited the config for the correct instance and that the file still parses correctly.
