How to Fix Simple Discord Rich Presence Not Showing on Discord

Check the basics first

Rich presence only appears if the Discord desktop client is running and you are logged in on the same machine as Minecraft. The web version of Discord and the mobile app do not receive presence from a desktop game. Make sure the desktop app is open before you launch Minecraft, and that you are not appearing offline — presence is hidden when your status is set to invisible.

Verify the mod is active

Open your mod loader's mod list and confirm Simple Discord Rich Presence is present and enabled for the instance you are actually launching.
