Creating Your First Belt

Right-click the belt item on your starting chest or machine to begin. Walk to your destination block and right-click it to complete the connection. The belt will curve automatically between the two points.

To shape the path, place optional support blocks along the route before creating the belt. This lets you control exactly how the line bends and twists through your base.

Belts move about one full stack of items per second. If the destination chest fills up, items will pile up on the path until space opens. Use item filters by clicking a chute block with a specific item to restrict what travels through that belt.
