Building a 
Coal Generator
Start by crafting a Coal Generator—this is your entry point to Forge Energy. Place it anywhere and feed it burnable fuel items like coal, charcoal, wood, or wooden planks through its input side. The generator will consume fuel and produce energy continuously.
Connecting to Storage
Craft a 
Battery Box to store the energy your generator produces. Use Wires to connect the Coal Generator's output to the Battery Box's input. Place wires in a line between the two blocks, and they'll automatically transfer energy. If a 
wire doesn't connect the way you want, use a 
Wrench on it to cycle through connection modes: input, output, or both directions.
You can expand your Battery Box's capacity by placing additional batteries inside it—each one increases how much energy it can hold. This setup gives you a reliable power source for running machines like the 
Electric Furnace or 
Crusher. Monitor your energy levels in the Battery Box's GUI to ensure you don't run out during crafting operations.
