Create Alloys Using the Alloy Smelter

How the Alloy Smelter Works

The Alloy Smelter combines multiple input items into a single output—most commonly creating alloys like bronze from copper and tin. It requires Forge Energy to operate, so connect it to your power network with Wires.

Setting Up Your Smelter

Place the Alloy Smelter and supply it with energy. Insert the required materials (check JEI for specific recipes). The smelter will process them and output the finished alloy. You can automate this by piping items in from other machines or storage.

Common Alloy Recipes

Bronze is one of the most useful alloys in the mod and typically requires copper and tin. Other alloys may be available depending on what ores are enabled in your world. Use JEI to browse all available recipes—hover over any alloy ingot and check the recipe tab to see exactly what inputs are needed and how much energy the smelter will consume.
