Build a Functional Helicopter
Helicopter Assembly Basics
Helicopters require Rotors instead of Wheels. Place a Frame as your base, add an Engine for power, mount Rotors on top (typically multiple rotors for stability), and include a Seat or Controller. Rotors provide vertical lift and hover control—they're essential for helicopters to take off straight up.
Assemble with your
Wrench as usual. Fuel the helicopter with coal, charcoal, or blaze powder.
Flying and Hovering
Pair your
RC Remote and press W to move forward. Unlike planes, helicopters don't need airspeed to lift—press Space to ascend and Shift to descend. Use A and D to rotate, and W/S to move forward and backward while airborne.
Hover in place by releasing all movement keys. Helicopters are slower than planes but excel at vertical takeoffs and precise positioning. Press V to switch to first-person camera for better spatial awareness during flight. Always fuel up before long trips—monitor your fuel readout with H.
