How to Turn Off Chat Toasts and Advancement Pop-Ups in Shuttfup Mod

The constant stream of pop-ups in the top-right corner can bury important information and distract you mid-fight. Shuttfup Mod gives you direct control over each type of notification so you can silence only the ones that annoy you.

Disabling Toasts and Pop-Ups

Open the Shuttfup Mod configuration screen from the mod list or the in-game mod menu. You will find separate toggles for chat toasts, advancement pop-ups, and narrator messages. Each toggle is independent, so you can keep advancement pop-ups if you still want to track progress while hiding the noisier chat toasts.

Flip the switch next to the notification type you want gone. Changes usually apply immediately, but if a toast is already on screen it may linger until it expires. If you want a fully clean HUD, disable all three categories at once.

Handling Narrator Messages

Narrator messages are separate from the vanilla narrator accessibility feature. Shuttfup's toggle suppresses the text-based narrator callouts that appear during gameplay. If you also want to mute the spoken narrator, that is handled in Minecraft's own accessibility settings, not here.

After toggling, play for a few minutes and trigger an advancement or a chat event to confirm nothing appears. If something still shows, re-check that you saved the config before closing the screen.
