Charge and Fire the Nautilus Longsword's Water Wave Attack

Starting Your Charge

Hold right-click while wielding the Nautilus Longsword to begin charging a powerful water wave. You'll see visual feedback as the sword builds energy. The longer you hold, the more powerful your attack becomes.

Releasing the Wave

Release right-click to fire the water wave in the direction you're facing. The wave travels forward, damaging and pushing back all mobs in its path. This is excellent for clearing groups or knocking enemies away from you.

Canceling Safely

If you need to stop charging without firing, press sneak (default: Shift) while holding the charge. This cancels the attack safely without wasting the energy you've built up.

Shield Mechanic

While charging, the sword acts as a shield, blocking most incoming damage. However, if an enemy hits you with an axe during your charge, they'll break your sword guard and interrupt the attack. Be aware of axe-wielding mobs when charging in combat.

Enhancing with Shockwave Enchantment

Apply the Shockwave enchantment and look straight down while releasing to fire the water wave in all directions simultaneously, hitting enemies around you in every direction.
