Troubleshoot Crops Not Auto-Replanting After Harvest

Verify Farmland Preparation

Auto-replanting only works on properly tilled farmland blocks. Check that all dirt blocks in your harvesting area have been converted to farmland using a scythe or hoe. Untilled dirt or grass blocks won't receive replanted seeds, leaving gaps in your field.

Confirm Crop Maturity

The scythe only harvests fully mature crops. Immature or partially grown crops are left untouched and won't trigger replanting. Uneven growth timing can result in incomplete harvests.

Check Seed Availability

Auto-replanting requires seeds in your inventory. If you're out of seeds, the scythe will harvest mature crops but won't replant them. Ensure you have enough seeds before large harvests, or collect seeds from your first harvest to replant subsequent crops. Some crops drop seeds as part of their harvest; use these to maintain your supply.
