How to Fight the Sculk Worm

The Sculk Worm is a dangerous mob with 200 HP that moves through blocks, making it unpredictable and difficult to combat. It detects sound, so avoid making noise—move carefully and stay silent to prevent attracting its attention.

The worm leaves behind slime trails that inflict weakness when stepped on, so watch your footing during combat. Defeating it is challenging but rewarding: the worm drops materials used to craft a special helmet.

This helmet reveals the locations of sound-producing hostile mobs and players through walls as particles, giving you a tactical advantage. This makes the helmet valuable for both PvP and detecting threats in caves and underground areas.
