Defeat the Wendigo and Recover the Skull

Preparation for Combat

Killing the Wendigo is the only way to reset the cycle and drop the skull. Prepare thoroughly:

• Gather strong weapons (diamond or better)
• Bring healing items and food
• Wear protective armor
• Consider fighting in open terrain where you have escape routes

Combat Strategy

Feed the Wendigo first using raw beef to weaken it before engaging. This gives you a significant advantage.

During combat:

1. Attack from range if possible

2. Maintain distance to avoid its melee strikes

3. Watch for its dash attacks and dodge sideways

4. Feed it again if it recovers and becomes too dangerous

5. Continue attacking until defeated

After Victory

When the Wendigo dies, the Wendigo Skull drops to the ground at that location. This resets the entire cycle:

• The skull begins moving on its own again
• It will eventually be touched (by you or another player), spawning a new Wendigo
• The process repeats

Consider whether you want to destroy the skull permanently or allow the cycle to continue for ongoing challenge.
