Understanding SCP-207 Effects and Timing

The Consumption Timeline

When you drink SCP-207, three things happen immediately: you gain extreme speed, haste, and jump boost; you lose one full heart of health; and an ominous heartbeat sound plays. These positive effects last exactly one minute.

The Crash Phase

Once the minute expires, the bottle's liquid "consumes your body from the inside." You suffer intense nausea (screen wobbles) and wither effects (health bar drains). The wither damage is severe enough to kill you if you're not careful.

Preparation Tips

Always drink with a clear objective—mining a resource vein, escaping danger, or crossing terrain quickly. Mark the one-minute timer mentally or use a clock. Before effects wear off, position yourself in a safe location. Have healing items ready for the wither phase. Never drink if you're already damaged or in combat with multiple mobs, as the aftermath leaves you vulnerable.
