The most reliable way to make SCP-1471 vanish is to look directly at it. When you spot the entity watching you and make eye contact, it will immediately disappear. This works because the creature operates on a rule of invisibility when observed—it cannot maintain its presence while being directly looked at.

Increasing Distance

If you cannot locate SCP-1471 to stare it down, you can also escape its presence by moving far enough away. The entity has a limited range and will disappear if you travel beyond it. However, be warned: this is only temporary.

Important Limitation

Both methods only provide brief relief. SCP-1471 is relentless and will likely respawn nearby shortly after disappearing. There is no permanent way to stop it while you remain alive—the mod is designed to create persistent psychological pressure.
