How to Escape SCP-1471 Permanently

Death Resets the Haunting

The only reliable way to permanently stop SCP-1471 from stalking you is to die. When your character dies, the entity stops appearing and the stalking behavior resets completely. You will respawn without the creature's presence, at least temporarily.

What Happens After Death

Upon respawning, SCP-1471 will no longer be actively stalking you. However, if you still have the MalO software installed on your Phone, you remain vulnerable to re-triggering the haunting through the same methods as before: viewing an image of SCP-1471 or sleeping.

Prevention Strategy

If you want to avoid the entity's return after respawning, consider removing or uninstalling the MalO software from your Phone. Without the software active, SCP-1471 has no reason to manifest. Alternatively, avoid sleeping and don't seek out images of the creature. The mod is designed to be inescapable once triggered, so your best defense is prevention from the start.
