Finding and Settling the Aspen Biome

The Aspen biome generates naturally alongside other forest types like birch and oak. Look for distinctive golden trees with white trunks to identify it. Once you arrive, you'll notice the forest is remarkably peaceful—undead mobs cannot spawn here, making it safe to explore and build even at night.

The biome attracts foxes and bees that roam freely, creating a lively ecosystem. Gather aspen wood from the trees to craft a full family of building blocks including planks, doors, trapdoors, and decorative components unique to this timber.

Collect Honeyflowers and Orange Mushrooms found throughout the forest. Honeyflowers can be brewed into suspicious items for useful effects, while Orange Mushrooms can be cultivated into massive canopies to add vibrant color to your builds.
