How to Get Started Farming Bell Peppers in Rustic Delight

Finding and Planting Seeds

Bell Pepper Seeds are the entry point to the mod's farming loop. Craft or obtain a Bag of Bell Pepper Seeds, then break it open to get individual seeds. Plant them on farmland like any vanilla crop and keep the soil hydrated with a nearby water source. Bell peppers grow through several visual stages, so watch the plant until the fruit is fully colored before harvesting.

Harvesting and Replanting

When a bell pepper plant is mature, break it to collect Bell Peppers plus a chance at extra seeds for expanding your farm. The mod also includes color variants — Pale, Dark, Black, and Blue Bell Peppers — which come from their own seed bags. Each color behaves like a normal crop but yields a differently colored pepper used in specific recipes.

Scaling Up

Once you have a steady supply, craft the peppers into slices, rolls, soups, and pasta dishes. Keep a chest near your farm for seeds and a separate one for produce so you do not accidentally cook your planting stock. If you want variety, dedicate one row per color so you can tell the seeds apart at a glance.
