How to Unlock and Equip Spells

Obtaining Grimoires

Spells are unlocked by crafting grimoires, which serve as spell books in the RPG Adventurer Mod. Grimoires must be crafted using specific recipes—consult your crafting menu for available options and required materials. Different grimoires unlock different spells.

Equipping Your Spells

You have two spell slots available. Once you've obtained a grimoire, open your character menu and navigate to the spell section. Select which spells you want to equip in your two available slots. You can swap spells at any time, so experiment to find combinations that suit your playstyle.

Using Spells in Combat

Once equipped, cast spells using your designated hotkeys during combat. Spellcasting consumes mana, which regenerates over time or can be restored using mana potions. Your Magic stat directly influences spell effectiveness and mana efficiency.

Advancing Your Spellcasting

As your Magic stat increases through regular spellcasting, you'll unlock higher-tier spells and more powerful versions of existing ones. Combine spell usage with other activities to balance your character development while building magical prowess.
